As we celebrate the recovery of baby Bright, our work continues with another precious life in need. Meet baby Latifa Yaya, a 10-month-old girl battling severe malnutrition with complications.

👶🏽 Latifa’s Condition

Latifa weighs just 6.6 kg and has a MUAC (Mid-Upper Arm Circumference) of 11.2 cm—an alarming indicator of severe malnutrition. Her body is fragile, but her spirit speaks volumes. Latifa deserves the chance to grow, to smile, and to be a child.

🥣 A Step Toward Healing

This week, our team donated essential food items to kick-start Latifa’s nourishment journey. She received Milo, oats, maize, Millicent beans, soya beans, fruits, and eggs—nutrient-rich foods tailored to help her gain weight and restore her strength.
